2. The purposes of the data register
The contact information that we collect is used for contacting the customer and managing the customer relationship as well as for sales and marketing purposes.
3. The content of the data register
The register holds data of Naulankanta’s existing and potential customers and partners. Customer data includes the name of the company, contact person name, e-mail address, phone number, contracts made with the customer and messages sent by the customer.
4. Data retention time
Personal data shall be retained as long as it is deemed necessary to fulfill the agreement made with the customer or to improve customer service. Personal data is also retained for customer relationship management, sales and marketing purposes after the agreement has been completed.
5. Collecting personal data
Personal data is collected from the data subjects themselves in connection to customer contacts. Also, anonymous user data is collected from the website with web analysis tools.

The data controller has the right to use partners and transfer personal data to the partners in accordance with the data security contract when is it necessary to carry our business operations, sales and marketing.
The data can be transferred outside the EU or EEA when necessary. The data controller shall ensure a sufficient level of data protection for these transfers as required by the Finnish and EU legislation.
7. Cookie policy
Naulankanta website uses cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is sent to the hard drive of the user’s computer and stored there, and that allows the website owner to identify anonymous users and to compile aggregate data about them. This information helps Naulankanta to improve the content of their website. Cookies do not harm the user’s computer or files. Cookies are used to analyse the anonymous data of the website traffic and to develop the website accordingly. Personal data is also processed in the marketing, project management and invoicing systems that are necessary to carry out sales and marketing activities and to carry out the agreement with the customer.
10. Automatic decision making
Automated individual decisions (EU General Data Protection Regulation, Article 22) shall not be made.
11. Rights of the data subject
The data subject has the right to obtain information about the personal data that has been stored in the register about them. The data subject has the right to demand the rectification or removal of inaccurate, outdated or unnecessary personal data. The data subject also has the right to limit or prohibit the processing of their data according to Articles 18 and 21 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The data subject has the right to withdraw the consent they have given earlier, or make a complaint to the Data Protection Ombudsman regarding the processing of their personal data. Furthermore, the data subject has the right to object to the processing of their data for marketing purposes. Objections to using personal data for marketing purposes, as well as requests for further information shall be sent to the person responsible for the register and data privacy. For information security reasons, the data subject shall be required to show a proof of identity.
